The Wilson
Amateur Radio Club -WC4AR will again operate Field Day from
the grounds of the James E. Ward Agricultural Center at the
Wilson County Fairgrounds in Lebanon, Tennessee.
Our Field Day site is easy to find.
From Interstate 40 take Exit 239-B (the Lebanon leg of the
Watertown-Lebanon Exit) and travel north toward Lebanon.
Stay in the right lane after you pull on to the highway and
the Wilson County Fairgrounds is less than a mile from the
Interstate on your right. Our Field Day operation will
be just inside the main gate to the fairgrounds on your

The Tennessee Balloon Group will be
launching a high-altitude balloon capable of rising
100,000 feet at 10:00 AM Central
from the Wilson ARC Field Day site. The balloon's
payload will include a cross-band repeater operating
VHF/UHF. The Uplink will be 146.550 MHz with a CTCSS of 192.8 Hz and
the Downlink 445.850 MHz. Be sure to bring your 144 /
440 MHz HT or mobile radio to use the repeater or listen

sheet that will help us (the club) plan and operate
Field Day this year. If you have Excel (or Lotus
or the Open Office equivalent) please download, complete

for Field Day that Tom Parker, KB4SFN has assembled,
drawn from his many, many years of Field Day operation.
